Yes, you have arrived at Dawson Peaks Resort located 10 kilometers (7 miles) southeast of Teslin, Yukon. Our property, conveniently located along the Alaska Highway, borders the shores of Morley Bay on Teslin Lake.

• Tent Cabins:
Electricity - Heaters- Decks - Showers included - Discount for own sleeping bag

• Dormitory Cabin:
6 beds - log and frame cabin - reasonably priced - outdoor bathroom and water - includes shower in lodge

Dave Hett is a licensed marriage commissioner

18-foot deep hull Lund boat - 50 HP Pro Yamaha motor - Rods, reels and tackle if needed fish for trout, pike and inconnu. transboundary fishing on Teslin Lake - B.C. or Yukon license is good for the whole lake - licenses and tackle sold on premises - advice free

• Boat/Canoe Rentals:
14-foot Starcraft aluminum - Electric motor or oars - Personal flotation devices
16 and 17 foot Coleman, Misty River and Scott canoes - Paddles - Personal flotation devices - Fishing gear rented for use with above

• River Trip Expediting:
Supplied: Canoe - Paddles - Life jackets - Transportation to drop off - Two hours practice in bay We expedite trips for Nisutlin River, a beautiful four day and three night float through pristine wilderness. This trip is suitable for people with little canoeing experience. The drive to the drop off follows the historic Canol Road. Pick up is in Teslin. For an additional cost, we can arrange to meet you in Whitehorse.

Big CatchTours:
Land Tour - Guided with commentary - includes all of Teslin and a superb viewpoint with excellent photographic opportunities. Approximately two hours in length. Customized tours available on request. Maximum six people per tour.

Lake Tour - Varying in length, these tours expose the natural wonder of either all or portions of 90 mile long Teslin lake. Shore lunch available by request. Visit abandoned Indian village of Johnsontown at the south end of the lake. Maximum four people per tour.

River Tour - Morley River is one of the major feeders of Teslin Lake. Lasting approximately two hours in length, this tour will give those of you who don’t have time to do the Nisutlin River what a northern river is all about. See eagles in their natural habitat. Gentle and relaxing, this tour generally takes place after supper. Maximum four people per tour.
